Access to and use of this Website and the items available through this Website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.
Terms of Sales
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a item on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. To order with pineappletarts.sg, you must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Pineappletarts.sg retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order, ensure that all details you provide us are true and accurate and that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. All prices advertised can be subject to changes.
Pricing and Availability
We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any items which you’ve ordered, we will inform you via email as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we do not receive any response from you within 2 working days, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the item, we will give you a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed during check out and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
We accept credit card (Visa / Mastercard) and paypal payments. Atm transfers, cash delivery and cash deposits are strictly not accepted. By adding item(s) into your cart does not mean that you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment. All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received and updated within the given time frame (2 hours). By checking out the item(s), it implies your intention and interest to make a purchase, hence a slot will be reserved for you.
Any requests for refunds will be accessed and finally decided by Pineapple Tarts Singapore. If there is any damaged or incorrect product (s) (including delivery of additional product(s) not ordered by you), please contact us within 24 hours. Pineapple Tarts Singapore at its sole discretion, will offer a replacement or refund of the damaged or incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product(s).
All refunds are subjected to a 5% merchant fee which will be absorbed by the customer unless otherwise stated.
The delivery cost of your order will be displayed to you on our check out page.
Orders are processed and dispatched to our local delivery within the selected time range. Our local delivery partners shall deliver the items to the address specified in your order. Free delivery will be provided for local orders above $100.
The delivery timing will be anytime from 10am to 10pm. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or unforeseen circumstances for which we will not be responsible. In the event that you wish to amend the delivery date, do email us your orders 24 hours before your delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be an additional charge of $10 for any ammendments made the day before the delivery date on the day itself.
We will try our best to accommodate to your schedule. However, in the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to change your schedule timing, do email us your order number at email@example.com 24 hours before the appointed date and time.
In the event that you receive the wrong item(s), do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and the picture of your wrong item(s). We will process an exchange immediately, do give us 2 working days to deliver the correct item(s) to you. Please take note that all item(s) must be unopened else we will not proceed with the exchange.
Change in Order
In the event that you wish to change your order, do email us your order number 24 hours before delivery date at email@example.com. We reserve the rights to refuse your request after 48 hours. First time change will be non-chargeable, subsequent changes are charged at $10 each time.
We will contact you via email in the event of bounced parcel. However, please do take note that we will charge you $10 for storage cost, re-delivery costs or terminate your order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of your item(s).
The above Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and pineappletarts.sg. any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of pineappletarts.sg.
