The pastry is buttery and flavourful. Pineapple filling has a very good balance of sour and sweet. Only negative comment I have is the pastry melts in such away it gets stuck under the roof of the mouth and teeth. Wondering if there is anyway to adjust the pastry so it does not stuck.

I have bought more than the "Mega Premium Pineapple Tarts Bundle" this year before CNY for myself and friends and family. All like the pineapple tarts and other cookies so much. They are delicious and additive. I am ordering it again for next CNY.
