Where can I do sampling / tasting?

You can do sampling at our bakery at 11 Sin Ming Road, Thomson V Two, #01-30, S575629. We strongly encourage you to make an appointment with us before coming down. *Note: Sampling only available during Chinese New Year period. 

Do I need to place orders in advance?

We offer same day last minute delivery which cuts off daily at 2pm. You may contact us via call or Whatsapp for any last minute deliveries and we will do our best to accomodate to it. However, due to overwhelming orders especially during festive seasons, we encourage customers to place orders in advance to prevent disappointment.

How much are your delivery charges?

Our standard delivery service is charged at $10 per trip, same day will incur an additional $10. Orders above $100 will enjoy free local delivery service (excluding same day charge). You may refer to our Delivery Info to find out more.

How long will the delivery take?

You can receive your order in just 4 hours, simply choose from a selection of 4-hour time slots from 10am to 10pm. For urgent last minute delivery, do contact us via call or whatsapp. In the event of overwhelming orders especially during festive seasons, there may be a slight delay in delivery. Refer to our Delivery Information to find out more.

Is there self-collection?

Yes, you can choose to self-collect your orders from our bakery at 11 Sin Ming Road, Thomson V Two, #01-30, S575629. You can select from 2 time slots either 10am – 2pm or 2pm – 6pm.

Can I do place an order offline?

It will be advisable to do it online instead. However, if you wish to do so, you could email us at or Whatsapp us at +65 91737748 to place your orders.

How long will the pineapple tart last?

Our pineapple tarts can be kept as long as up to 6 weeks. As we want you to have the best experience in consuming our tarts, it is best advisable to consume them within 4 weeks after receiving them.

Does the pastry contain milk or eggs?

 Yes, we use eggs and milk in the pineapple tart. It is not advisable for customers with egg and milk allergies to consume.

What are the payment methods?

The payment methods are PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Paylah! and Paynow.

Incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

 Please email your order number to with a picture of the item(s) you’ve received and we will arrange for an exchange immediately. In the event that the item(s) are no longer available, we will do a refund. Please note that the item must be unopened.

Can I amend my orders after I’ve placed it?

 Please email us at with your order number for us to check if your items have been dispatched and we will advise accordingly.

Do you offer wholesale discount for bulk orders?

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

We do not accept exchange of items due to hygiene and safety purposes, hence all items sold are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable.
