Do I need to place orders in advance?
Due to overwhelming orders especially during festive seasons, we encourage customers to place orders in advance to prevent disappointment. As we freshly bake all our products, the earliest you can receive your orders after purchasing is 3 days later.
Can I do place an order offline?
It will be advisable to do it online instead. However, if you wish to do so, you could email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your orders.

Where can I do sampling / tasting?
You can do sampling at our warehouse at 14 New Industrial Road, #05-03, Hudson Industrial Building, Singapore 536203. However, we encourage you to make an appointment with us before coming down.
How long will the pineapple tart last?
Our pineapple tarts can be kept for as long as 2-3 weeks. As we want you to have the best experience in consuming our tarts, it is best advisable to consume them within a week.
Does the pastry contain milk or eggs?
Yes, we use eggs and condensed milk in the pineapple tart. It is not advisable for customers with egg and milk allergy to consume.
Do you have local delivery service?
Yes, we provide local delivery service at $10 per trip. Orders above $70 will enjoy free local delivery service.
Is there self-collection?
Yes, you can choose to self-collect your orders from our warehouse at 14 New Industrial Road, #05-03, Hudson Industrial Building, Singapore 536203.
However, do not that we DO NOT keep stock of our goodies at the warehouse as we strive to ensure that our customers receive the freshest quality products.
How long will the delivery take?
After you’ve ordered, the orders will need at least 3 working days to process before sending it out for delivery. In the event of overwhelming orders especially during festive seasons, there may be a slight delay in delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
What are the payment methods?
The payment methods are PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Cash will only be accepted for self-collection.
Incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
Please email your order number to email@example.com with a picture of the item(s) you’ve received and we will arrange for an exchange immediately. In the event that the item(s) are no longer available, we will do a refund. Please note that the item must be unopened.
Can I amend my orders after I’ve placed it?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for us to check if your items have been dispatched and we will advise accordingly.
Do you offer wholesale discount for bulk orders?
No, all the prices for our item are as indicated.
Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
We do not accept exchange of items due to hygiene and safety purposes, hence all items sold are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable.
