You can do sampling at our bakery at 22 New Industrial Road, Primax, #03-15, S536208. We strongly encourage you to make an appointment with us before coming down. *Note: Sampling only available during Chinese New Year period. 

We offer same day last minute delivery which cuts off daily at 2pm. You may contact us via call or Whatsapp for any last minute deliveries and we will do our best to accomodate to it. However, due to overwhelming orders especially during festive seasons, we encourage customers to place orders in advance to prevent disappointment.

Our standard delivery service is charged at $10 per trip, same day will incur an additional $10. Orders above $100 will enjoy free local delivery service (excluding same day charge). You may refer to our Delivery Info to find out more.

You can receive your order in just 6 hours, simply choose from a selection of 6-hour time slots from 10am to 10pm. For urgent last minute delivery, do contact us via call or whatsapp. In the event of overwhelming orders especially during festive seasons, there may be a slight delay in delivery. Yes, you can choose to self-collect your orders from our bakery at 22 New Industrial Road, Primax, #03-15, S536208. You can select from 2 time slots either 10am – 2pm or 2pm – 6pm.

Our pineapple tarts can be kept as long as up to 6 weeks. As we want you to have the best experience in consuming our tarts, it is best advisable to consume them within 4 weeks after receiving them.

 Yes, we use eggs and milk in the pineapple tart. It is not advisable for customers with egg and milk allergies to consume.

The payment methods are PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Paylah! and Paynow.

 Please email your order number to info@pineappletarts.sg with a picture of the item(s) you’ve received and we will arrange for an exchange immediately. In the event that the item(s) are no longer available, we will do a refund. Please note that the item must be unopened.
